| It's almost been a month since Daddy departed for VN, leaving us three ladies & a dog at home. Ever since Thanksgiving, life just hasn't been the same. Our family received news that my grandmother was sick as soon as we sat down for Txgiving dinner. A week later & Daddy was in VN making funeral arrangements for her. My heart has never hurt so much & I don't know if it will ever feel better b/c everytime I think about her, my heart hurts. To make matters worse, I was in Vegas for Midyear when I got news of her death. I'm ready for daddy to come home.

| Soooo......it's been awhile since I've updated. Work has been crazy busy. Some days are better than others. Today was extremely busy and now that I'm at home, I just wanna vegetate. Ugh...
So far, my escapade at the VA has been nothing but interesting. Things I've heard during my encounter with patients:
"What do you treat because whatever you treat, I've got."
"I've seen your pretty face before, don't you remember? Last year!?!" (Uhh..I've only been here for 4 months)
"My doctor was this little girl." (Little girl would be me. I'm not a little girl!)
"All I've got to offer you is my life insurance & it's a great deal because I won't live that long."
"You're lucky you're not fat. Wait until you have a few kids. You'll be fat & have some junk in your trunk."(WTF?!?)
Vegetating now....ugh!

| Happy 23 mo. anniversary anh. It's been so good to have you here with me this past month. I definitely could get use to it! Can't wait to celebrate tomorrow @ breakfast & dinner.  Cam on anh nhieu...for all that you do.
